How to select looppoints from profile generated by gem5

I'm looking to evaluate some benchmarks using LoopPoint in gem5. I'm able to generate BBV profile data for LoopPoint using gem5's LooppointAnalysis. However, I am stuck at the next step. How do I analyze this profile to generate a list of looppoints? I don't see any scripts in this repository for doing this, but I could be missing something. I've attached an example profile I collected (from a trivial program), just for reference.

The gem5 repo doesn't provide an automatic script to process the analysis output because we don't have an official format for the LoopPoint analysis output. We can format the output to use the run-looppoint.py and the SimPoint tool or just use Python packages like scikit-learn to do the representative region selection. For LoopPoint, we also need to do calculations to get the markers that mark the warmup starting point, detailed simulation starting point, and detailed simulation ending point. So, in the analysis, we need to not just collect the bbvs but also the loop counters.
