Auto-sending email on hacker acceptance

Detail:

• when we accept a hacker, their status.applicationStatus is set to 'accepted'
• we want to send email with personalized QR code on application status change or equivalent
• email content will be something like this plus the QR code at the bottom
• look into external APIs like Brevo API (Lincoln used it in ✨Munsuite✨)
