Taking over Twitter + FB handles vs. creating new ones

This is not an immediate ask but at a later stage we will need to have social media accounts.

There is a Twitter (https://twitter.com/Commonsindia) and a Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/CommonsIndia). Does anyone know who the moderators/admins are? Once the chapter is formed we will need to use them and creating new ones might just confuse people.

Asks

• Contact existing admins and negotiate if they are willing to transfer rights.
• Asking internally who of the members are interested to manage social media (some have showed interest here)
• Transferring rights so that new admins can use them for outreach/announcement once the CC-India chapter is formed
