Displaying Spectrum Attributes window causes the current spectrum to be redrawn

This just slows things down. Redraw shouldn't happen unless something changed.

I think this is related to another problem. If I use the attributes window to set level for the second spectrum in an overlay, then click on the spectral window, the level is reset to the same as the first spectrum in the overlay.
