Highlighted Annotation is gone after refresh

I opened Twitter on Chrome (version 42.0.2311.90) on Windows Vista.

Highligted annotation on Twitter is lost after Refresh.

I was expecting to see Beckam highlighted after refreshing. However, it has lost the mark and the annotation does not show.

This error is probably related to not being able to save annotations. OR maybe it is a connection problem.

The annotation is attached.
