Goal: Improve the Welcome Widget UX, to facility open/create a project.
Tasks:
- Unify the "Open" and "Create" buttons in a single one: currently, we have two buttons in the welcome widget, one to open an existing project and other to create a new project. Create an unified button that will be response to open a widget, to let the user decide what he want to do, deciding on the file extension.
What is the use case?
Some users are confusing the "Open" and the "Create" buttons. This means that our Welcome Widget isn't intuitive enough. Here is a photo of the Welcome Widget:
