Parse causality from the modelDescription when connecting power bonds #786
Description
The current ECCO implementation relies on the causality parameter being specified in the OspSystemStructure's VariableConnections, but for added convenience and adherence to OSP-IS ports, this should be parsed automatically from the modelDescription.
