As it currently stands, our repos have overall done a good job of satisfying the license checks and there has been broad adoption of fossa scans as part of the CI process. However a number of projects are currently failing the License scanning check on CLO Monitor. as per the documentation this can be addressed by adding the Fossa badge to the project readme.
