Adding Mini Chat Shortcut

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the project and I've been implementing a feature that I think would be useful: a mini chat popup accessible via a shortcut, similar to what the ChatGPT app provides. I wanted to try to gauge whether this addition would be something that would be of interest to the project before putting in a proper pull request.

If it is, I’m happy to adjust it according to the project’s coding standards, I’ll make sure to review them carefully and update the code as needed.
