Just to be clear I'm not a programmer so I don't know what this hint means at all, I just wanted to share this in case it helps.
The Issue:
I've tried multiple times with different capable models (also tested and it works on AnythingLLM just so I can be sure)
so I'm guessing it seems like the bug is related to Open WebUI Desktop, not the models I tried.
File Upload was enabled by default, I didn't touch anything there.
The BUG appears after Drag n Drop any image, then pressing ENTER:
