[Feature Request] Update anthropic_manifold_pipeline.py to support latest models (Claude 4.5)

The current implementation of anthropic_manifold_pipeline.py appears to use a hardcoded or outdated list of allowed model IDs.

Even though I have a valid Anthropic API key with access to the latest models (such as the newer Sonnet/Opus versions), they do not appear in the OpenWebUI dropdown list.
