Dash prevents rpi from shutdown

On a RPi 3B+ shutdown implemented via dtoverlay gpio-shutdown. It works perfectly without running Dash. Unfortunately when Dash is working, shutting down stops processing: if pin will be triggered with working app, system will not be switched off. But right after closing Dash, system will go  down.
Could Dash be configured to allow system to be switched off via gpio?
