Add myelinated and other section lists in mapping dictionary for modifications

Reported by @cattabiani: myelinated section list should be allowed for condition: modifications.

We can add a mapping for myelinated in this dictionary.
We should also check if the other section lists should be added as mentioned in the sonata-docs PR. In addition, check all the platform models if they use other custom section lists.

myelinated was just an example. What about AIS and nodal? I think all the possible section lists/ section names should be included. no?

also, I notice from your mapping that "apical" -> "apical". Is it correct? in neuron there would be a name clash between the sectionList and the hocObject no?
