IDEA: Thumbnail for series

1. Aim/description
Currently, only thumbnails are possible to generate/upload for events/videos. For some purposes (especially when adding an Opencast series as a podcast to e.g. Apple Podcast, a thumbnail for a series is necessary).
The aim would be to be able to generate/upload a thumbnail for a series, perhaps (if possible) as an optional feature.

Can we think this bigger and attach any element to a series? So identify the series thumbnail by a specific flavor as for events, but allow additional other elements with different flavors to be attached to the series.

Use case: We ask lecturers for a signature on a form if they want to record a lecture. Currently, we store that separate from Opencast although the lifecycle of this file should really be managed together with the series.
