Companion to openedx/frontend-base#225. Removes the
homeAppthat provided a/redirect to the dashboard, since this is now handled by the shell app in frontend-base via the well-knownhomeRole.The
homeAppmodule is deleted and its references removed from bothsite.config.dev.tsxandsite.config.build.tsx.LLM usage notice
