Rob: note subtle difference of record OGC API Records "language" and DCAT:language https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-dcat-3/#Property:resource_language

So it's OGC API Records resourceLanguages that maps to (repeated occurrences of) DCAT:language.

But DCAT:language can also be used on a DCAT:Catalogue, in which case it would map to the OGC API Records language of all the records in the catalogue?
