The updated TimeSeries type is linked to ObservationCharacteristics, then specialized to either TVP (also derived from ObservationCollection) and DomainRange(also derived from CoverageByTemporalDomainAndRange)
For TimeSeries Collection, we'd linked to both an ObservationCollection and a SampleCollection. Just realized that the ObservationCollection approach only works for TVP, not for DM.
