[Bug]: EOC Dashboard - Units show orange dots when disabled.

If you have units disabled on the situation screen and they are active in traccar they show as orange dots. It appears this only affects unit that have active positions.

This looks like the same root cause already diagnosed in #74: situation.php draws units through two independent layers -- the status-colored roster markers, which the Units (EOC) checkbox controls, and a separate live-GPS overlay from unit-tracking.js that has no checkbox of its own. Disabling units only hides the first layer; the GPS markers stay on the map, now showing in their tracking color instead of status color, which is the orange-dots behavior you're seeing. #74 has a proposed fix in PR #75 that adds a dedicated toggle for the GPS layer. Tracking both together -- no separate fix needed here once #75 is reviewed and lands.

Confirmed this is the same root cause as #74, and PR #75 (now merged) fixes it. situation.php was drawing units through two independent map layers -- the status-colored roster layer behind the "Units (EOC)" checkbox, and a separate live-GPS overlay from unit-tracking.js that had no checkbox of its own. Disabling units only hid the roster layer, leaving the live-GPS markers on the map in their tracking color (orange) with the "Last fix" popup -- exactly what's shown in the screenshot here.

The live-GPS layer now has its own toggle in the same layers menu, labeled "Units - live GPS" (default on, so nothing changes unless you switch it off). To get rid of the orange dots specifically, uncheck that new entry as well as "Units (EOC)" -- they're two separate layers by design, so an operator can show one without the other if that's useful (e.g. roster status only, or live GPS only).

This has been merged and ported into the development tree for the next release.
