As part of standardizing the HTML file, we should remove these meta tags:

<meta http-equiv="expires" content="0">
<meta http-equiv="pragma" content="no-cache">
<meta http-equiv="cache-control" content="no-cache">

The equivalent configuration in Nginx is as follows:

location / {
    add_header Cache-Control "no-cache, must-revalidate";
    add_header Pragma "no-cache";
    expires epoch;
}

• add_header Cache-Control "no-cache, must-revalidate";

  • Prevents caching by modern browsers (HTTP/1.1+).

• add_header Pragma "no-cache";

  • Used for backward compatibility with HTTP/1.0 clients.
