Remove dependencies.yaml from bundle metadata since the OLS operator is installed directly rather than through dependency resolution.
Remove pod and job-related RBAC permissions that are no longer needed in the ClusterServiceVersion manifest. The RBAC permissions were removed in 408ce91. This commit just ensures that the bundle data are up to date.
