Describe the bug

Summary
Currently results for Open Besluitvorming from the province limburg, as well as stadsdelen (amsterdam, rotterdam) and a handful of thers are not imported correctly. This happens because the location is not mapped to internal locations, which have not been updated since 2020.

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

Results from Pprovincie Limburg should be in there, as well as Provincie Limburg. Voorne aan Zee should be a location too (although it is not in obv)

List of muniipaltiesupdated, still having trouble with getting the results to load in. Stadsdelen are not loaded with a broad query (probably since the number of items is greater than 10.000), but are when the query is limited to a single id.

I am not sure if this is 100% related, but the results between ORI and Bron seem to differ for Limburg Province.
