Subject: [PATCH] feat: add separator and visit app link to projects.html

Added an `<hr>` tag to separate project cards visually on `projects.html`
and added a "Visit App" link pointing to `https://tomorrowmusic.us` for
the Tomorrow Music Entertainment project, styled identically to existing
links.
