option to select an assignment when writing a new problem

This is a feature request. I may try to implement it myself, but posting it here helps me not forget about things like this.

When you go to the problem editor directly and start writing a new problem, in the Save As menu, we should include a way to immediately attach the problem to the end of an existing assignment. I'm imagining another radio button, and that radio button has a dropdown list of exisitng sets.

Even when you edit a problem from an existing set, such that it prompts you to attach the problem to the end of that set as a new problem, you should have the option to change which set you are attaching it to.

I see is some situations we already have the Append menu for this. But it doesn't show up if I go to edit a problem from scratch. So maybe this will be easy to get going if machinery is already in place.

I think this is a good idea. The other workflow is to get a sample problem. To add to an assignment, they need to save the file, then append it. We could have this done in a single step. Perhaps here:

have the radio button option of "append to existing set" and a dropdown with current sets.
