☕ 申请前的注意事项 | Pre-application Considerations

CoffeePop Studio 一直在寻找热爱 Minecraft 与技术的伙伴，也悄悄关注着社区里的闪光点，希望能遇到更多有趣的灵魂，一起煮咖啡、写代码～

CoffeePop Studio is always on the lookout for folks who love Minecraft and technology. We keep an eye on the community, hoping to meet more interesting souls to brew coffee and write code together~

为了组织的稳定与开发环境的和谐，我们会优先考虑 符合以下至少一项，并且能清楚说明为什么想加入我们的 小伙伴：

1. 你热爱 Minecraft 或技术开发，想要找一个能一起折腾的地方；
2. 你在 GitHub 上有想要分享或打磨的项目（刚开始也没关系！）；
3. 你受到了现有成员的邀请或认可。

In order to keep our org stable and our dev environment friendly, we'll give priority to those who meet at least one of the following and can clearly share why they want to join:

1. You love Minecraft or tech tinkering, and you're looking for a place to geek out together.
2. You have a project on GitHub that you'd like to share or improve (just starting out is totally fine!).
3. You've been invited or vouched for by an existing member.

⚠️ 请注意，这些条件并不是硬性门槛，更像是对我们心目中理想成员的一种画像。
我们看重的不只是技术，更是热情与协作精神。哪怕你不完全符合，也欢迎来打个招呼、聊聊天——说不定咖啡就煮上了呢！

Please note: these aren't strict requirements, just a rough sketch of our ideal member.
We value enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit as much as technical skills. Even if you don't perfectly match, you're still welcome to say hi—who knows, the coffee might just start brewing!
