Release date change

The release of v1.0.0-alpha4 will be delayed by two months AGAIN. The reason for this very, very unexpected change is that I don't want to publish anything unfinished anymore. v1.0.0-alpha4 will include, but not be limited to:

• Custom lexer (tokenizer) + it's documentation, tests and examples
• Custom parser + it's documentation, tests and examples
• Clap cli + it's documentation (test and examples aren't really useful)
• C-like errors using a sub-crate + it's documentation, tests and examples
• Logging using env_logger
• New project structure
• More scripts for better developer experience
• Maybe AST optimizations + it's documentation, tests and examples
• Maybe AST annotations + it's documentation, tests and examples
• Maybe, if all of the above is finished, a basic LLVM compiler
