Whishlist: Forgejo-runner

As Forgejo is already in the list, I think the runner would be a nice addon to have CI/CD also running natively in FreeBSD OCI containers.

Yeah, agreed. Can you share an example workflow you’d want to run?

The main thing I expect might be tricky is Docker-in-Docker: https://forgejo.org/docs/latest/admin/actions/installation/docker/. I ran into similar issues when trying to get RoadRunner CI working inside a container.

Because of the docker-in-docker issue I am running forgejo-runner as a regular service on the host that also runs podman containers and have configured it to run workflows inside containers.
I would also prefer to have the runner as a separate container. When I find some time I will give it another shot to see if I find a way to make this work.
