Meeting minutes:

License topic:

• ZF is using a Python License in their project (vss-gui-tool).
• Vector instead references the Apache License 2.0 (application-framework).
• Question is, which one to use? Understanding is that Apache License 2.0 is comprehensive and therefore applies for the whole project, regardless of the programming language used.
• ZF will get back once clarified internally.

Personal info by Partha:

• Leaving ZF team that works on this project by end of this month.
• Saran to take over his part.

Shifting Gears with SDV webinar:

• Presented on 2025-10-07 by Manuel.

Joint example of ZF and Vector:

• Technical part completed.
• PR to the autoapiframework repo in preparation.
• Some README still missing.

Project logo:

• No update.
• Waiting on an update from Amin Rasti.

Blueprint with S-CORE and IFEX:

• Evaluation started at Vector-side to integrate S-CORE communication (LoLa) with Application Framework.
• Current state, not straight-forward for the following reasons:
  • Bazel vs. CMake
  • Tailored GCC with patched Sysroot
  • Extended base library pulling lots of dependencies
• Update on progress following...

• He promised to present in our next meeting (2025-10-29).
• Discussion about meta models therefore shifted to next meeting also...
