Add a disabling feature for users, so you can disable them at certain times kr just manually enable and disable, as well as the ability to select specific droplets for a user/group to use.

It would be really useful if we could disable accounts/users as certain times so people cannot use it out of a certain timeframe. As well as if we had the ability to allow users to only use a specific droplet so that they cannot use other things meant for other people.
