Linking non-reversible exchangeabilities (NONREV) across frequency profiles

Hi,

Given we know that we have can estimate time-reversible exchangeabilities linked across frequency profiles to avoid misspecification associated with profile mixture models, would it be possible to do this for NONREV? The impact of the misspecification of exchangeabilities for non-reversible models has not been really investigated, but given that many datasets are fit better with non-reversible matrices I think something like this would be useful. Is this possible to introduce?
