cndi E926 - cndi_config.yaml fails validation when a node specifies max_count as less than min_count

The cndi CLI exits with error code 926 when it finds any cndi_config.yaml[infrastructure][cndi][nodes] entry which specifies max_count as an integer which is less than min_count

resolution tips

Specifying a max_count which is less than min_count is invalid, maybe you had them mixed up by mistake?
