v1.2.0 released - catalog growth, audience tracks, visual refresh

v1.2.0 is out. The catalog grew from 60 to 98 skills, with five new audience tracks and two new categories.

Since v1.1.0:

• 38 net new skills (60 to 98)
• About 330 new reference files (95 to about 424)
• 2 new categories: Growth tooling (12 skills) and Marketing (3 skills)
• 5 audience tracks added: Tier 2 PM experimentation, Tier 2 PM gap-closing, Tier 2 content lifecycle, Growth tooling cluster, Marketing paid media
• New README sections: Logo design in action, Surfaces, How the catalog connects (with architecture diagram)
• Acknowledgments section crediting the first community contributor
• Generator tooling: catalog generator, OG card generator, cross-linking pass

Per semver this is a minor bump. All changes are additive. Existing pinned installs continue to work without changes.
