Build / Compile only opened file

I just cant find a option to build/compile only the source i have opened, everytime i need to compile i have to change the build mode, and end up compiling other files (other people work on other files, at the same project, at the same time). Does it have this feature?

If you save the file, the extension will recompile it.

Only in build mode 1,2 or 3, but these also compile all of the archives being saved by other people, in other computers.
there is no mode like "only compile when i save the open file"

in the example, i only have open the "fretes\fre212p2.p", but everytime some of my coworkers change something in these other files it tries to compile (yes, it is in the no build mode in this example, but all others just compile every time"

Before anything else, working with the language server in a shared directory where anybody can modify files is not a use case that was part of the design of the product. And I don't think this belongs to the best practices in software development...
That said, there's no option to only compile the files that are opened in VS Code and skip files modifed by others.

yeah i mean, clearly its not a good practice and i am certain that nobody here likes this, but legacy code and old corporate habits still haunt us.
i think would be a great adittion to add atleast a comand to the vscode pallete like "ABL: compile active editor", just like the Syntax Check that already exists
