supervisorctl 管理mu运行问题

supervisorctl 管理mu运行时 用户过多时 查看日志会出现 time="2016-09-22T06:43:02-04:00" level=error msg="error listening port 52074: listen tcp :52074: socket: too many open files\n"
然后又重新开始读取端口信息，请问如何解决
