Focus interacts incorrectly with connections

Focus appears to interact incorrectly with connections -- whether or not a connection is included in the set of focused elements seems to be based on whether its source component is focused. This is incorrect if a component has two connections stemming from its feature -- one might be focused and the other not, but both would be included in the focus set.

Focusing on the "BadInfoDisplayed" hazard and viewing the Neighbors of appLogic seems to be a good test case.
