Feature improvement to add --profile option (like osc-cli)

Would it be possible to provide --profile option to set credentials and region as we can do it with osc-cli ?

Apologies for the veeeery late reply :) Unfortunately I cannot devote much time on this tool, I mostly focus on keeping it properly maintained and actionable, so there's little chance I add new feature.
