Convert the existing logic from Java to TypeScript.

Details

• Ensure the core functionality and business logic remain consistent and accurately reflected.
• Enhance and update the documentation, including README files, to clearly explain the new implementation and usage details.
• Modify and optimize CI/CD configuration files, such as the Jenkinsfile pipeline to test the code, build Docker images, and publish Node modules
• Modify Docker Compose file to facilitate local dev testing.
