Move tests to OWTF main repository

Ideally the tests should reside in owtf/ directory so that they are easy to run on a user's system.

Tests should remain in a standalone repository IMO. It would be easier to maintain and be less noisy for the git history.

Regarding making them easy to run, it's a matter of cloning the test repository in owtf directory and run a command. So I could suggest creating a bash script in OWTF that would do so. For example a makefile with a test command that would git clone and run the tests.
