The load linkings popup opens almost hidden

Describe the bug
After refreshing the load linkings popup sometimes opens up almost hidden. It opens up weirdly inside the load box. It does not happen every time, but almost always after refreshing the page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Loads
2. Make sure there are passengers in a load
3. Refresh the page
4. Right click on a name
5. The popup window is displayed inside the load box and is almost hidden.

Expected behavior
The popup should open on the middle of the screen like it does normally.

I'm unable to reproduce the problem following given instructions. Do you see same happening when clicking exit altitude?

I cannot reproduce it with the exit altitude.

I cannot make it happen on every load. It seems to matter which persons are on the load (maybe because of the linking restrictions of the roles). Sometimes it happens only on one specific person on a load. Sometimes it happens on many or all persons on a load. It may start happening on a person after adding another person.

Sometimes the popup box is first briefly displayed in the correct spot (just about 100 or 200ms) before it moves.

When I have a load where it happens, I can always reproduce it by refreshing the page and clicking on the same person.
I can reproduce it with the same person on the same load on multiple platforms:
Chrome on Windows 11
Chrome on Android
Chrome on MacOS
Safari on MacOS

It also matters how many loads there are. I think there has to be at least two loads.
