README needs a few updates:

  1. URL to live app needs to be updated to gradplanner.us
  2. Include documentation on how to run the 2.0 app as it gets pushed to master
  3. Improve documentation on 1.0 app on whatever isn't clear enough (I wrote the README so I don't have a fresh pair of eyes / have no sense of how bad it is)
