Never able to run a command

I am admin on cssharp, I edit your plugins config to also add myself as admin
everytime I type !vip it tells me i do not have access to this command.
How do I not? steamid64 is in the litevip plugin
and i have root in cssharp

Yeah I edited the config to connect to database. I already have a plugin on it working. The K4 system.
