Possible fork to use rye/uv

I'm looking into forking your kernel to use rye as a runner instead; the implementation should be similar, I hope.

Edit: It's changed to a permanent name pyproject-local-kernel now, and is on PyPI. It's adopted support for Rye, Poetry, PDM, Hatch etc.
