I've written a library of quasar speech components

Rather than create a "me too" library. I wonder if you'd like to combine our efforts!
I've already created and tested speech components based on Quasar including QTextToSpeech and QVoicePicker and internal API to assist smart voice selection. Needs some improvements and testing.
Not done speech recognition yet but found some good JS libs to help that along.

@tohagan It would really be a great idea to join in our efforts. I started studying APIs Speech not long ago, just for fun. But it turned out that an interesting app came out!
Let's talk a little bit more about this?

Sorry for my slow reply ... I'd need to get some time on the weekend to evaluate how well our components fit together. I wonder ... if your repo set up as a Quasar app extension or just a standalone app?

It is currently only an independent application. But several people found it interesting to build a component for version 1.0 of the quasar.
I put all the speech API part in a boot.
