Describe the problem
Some demos may have important parts of the demo covered by these toggles, e.g. the full screen back to top demo has the "Back to top" button covered and inoperable via mouse (with the RTL switcher present, the button gets completely covered)
Expected behavior
We should try to have these toggles not cover parts of the demo itself, either by always placing it in the Masthead, having a prop to determine where it gets rendered (masthead if one is present, or the lower right as it does now if there is no masthead), or maybe just always positioned in the normal flow of the page at the top somewhere.
