Unfocused Windows Refocus Incorrectly

I was expecting that the last selected window would get the focus

This was actually my intention: if I had 3 windows open, I didn't want to have to use an alternate keyboard shortcut to open the window in the back (since it would always flip flop between the current and the most recent, and the last one would never be focused). I'm going to close the issue for now, but thanks for bringing it up!

I'm not sure we are talking about the same thing — my bad, my description was very short and not very clear. I'll try to clarify it :-)

My use case: I have 1 chrome window and 3 vscode open. I'm reading some online doc with chrome and writing my code in vscode, so I need to switch between the two app several times, but always stay with the same vscode window.

With the current behavior, when I switch to chrome with your extension, everything is ok because I have a single window. When I switch back to vscode though, I'm not getting the window where I was writing my code, but the last vscode in the list.

In the PR I proposed a modified behavior: if vscode doesn't have the focus, the last used window (the one I was using to write my code) is given the focus when using the shortcut. If vscode already has the focus, then we begin cycling the windows, starting by the end as you said so we can cycle all the windows.

I hope it's clearer now, and sorry for the extra comment if that was already clear :-)
