slurm_load_jobs error: Unable to contact slurm controller (connect failure)

There is some issue about scopion

I want to check my job this tommorrow. I use command

$squeue -u aronton -p scopion3 -o, --format="%.10i %.19P %.65j %.10T %.35R".

The system reply

slurm_load_jobs error: Unable to contact slurm controller (connect failure)

LSF also encounter this issue.

Should We go to search the solution ?

Lsf said he use command

$systemctl status slurmctld -l

The system replied:

$Active: failed (Result: exit-code) since Mon 2022-05-23 04:57:09 CST; 11h ago

Maybe we should reboot the system.

according to step.4 and 5, I found the "slurmctld" is not running and I think we should restart it.
