New release to allow conda packaging?

Thank you for adding a license file. Can I help with anything to get a new release out, so that this and pdbpp can be included in conda again?

Should probably also fix the pyreadline dependency before a release (#36 and #37). I'll see if I can get that to work.

I'd block this on #41 , so we have a working pyreadline dependency in py3.10
