Design and print backpack

We need a backpack or some kind of vest to hold the relay board and battery pack. Preferably, it also needs to accommodate openings to plug in wires for extra hardware in the future (like sensors).

Blueprint for KHR-1's custom back enclosure is uploaded in the 3D model branch. Close issue.

@williamVbrines doesn't seem to work on this anymore and we need the KHR-1 back to working order so I'm going to redesign and print a new back plate for KHR-1
