Missing operation entry in recent activity

Bug Description

In the "Recent Activity" table on the wallet home screen, there is an operation not being processed.

Steps To Reproduce

Login to the Peerplays Core GUI wallet with an account that has Powered Up some of its regular balance.
Scroll down on the home screen to the bottom where you will see the "Recent Activity" table.

Expected Behavior

The missing operation entry should be visible.
