[feat] sfpegCmsPageEditor- Allow Edit of links

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some users were disappointed with the lack of 'edit' functionality on the 'Edit' of links. If an error was made, the user is forced to delete and re-create the internal/external link.

Describe the solution you'd like
An edit icon with 'edit' functionality - such that the user can click on this 'edit' icon next to the link and make their changes, and save.

Describe alternatives you've considered
No alternatives considered at the moment.

Idea of what would be desiriable:

@brave-hawk Just saw your issue. I shall have a look at it once I am finished with the restructuring of the PEG_LIST repository as unlocked packages.
I had not implemented the edit as it was a little tricky to handle an additional layer of popup but definitively understand the request (I did not expect it to arise so late after the initial contribution).

Thanks @brave-hawk It took notice of your contribution but merged it slightly differently to avoid popup.
Made an error when pushing the commit in the Issue numbering ==> see 0988a85
