add `intersection` layer?

Otherwise it should be considered as street?
I'm not familiar with intersections, we aren't using it in France. But I suppose if people are using the parameter layers=street it implies having intersections too right?

We have them in Geocode Earth for USA only, we generate them from the polyline data.

I'm not sure if it makes sense to add the layer to Pelias at this stage, I'd like to make them more generally available.
